Logging in to Cloud Generation

  1. Go to your certification site hosted by Cloud Generation. (https://[OrganizationAcronym].hub.cloudgeneration.com)

  2. Your first time visiting the site, you will be redirected to this authentication page:

  3. Choose one of the three options for logging in (LinkedIn, Microsoft or Google). The process is the same for each.

Google

  1. If you have an account on Google, it’s quick and easy to use this option. You do NOT need a Gmail address to use this option. You can create a Google account using any email address of your choosing here: https://accounts.google.com/.

  2. After clicking the “G” icon, you’ll be directed to their authentication page:
    Google Log In Screen

  3. Is the email address on your Google account the same as the email address on file with the certification organization? If yes, you’ll be directed back to the certification site hosted by Cloud Generation and can start working on your designation.

  4. If the email address on file with us is DIFFERENT than the one you use for Google, that’s ok! After logging in to Google, you’ll be redirected back to this page on the certification site:

  5. Enter the email address on file with us.

  6. You’ll then be asked to enter a verification code to make sure it’s really you. An email with that code has been sent to the address on file with the certification organization.

(Don’t see the email? Check your junk/spam folder. It will come from Cloud Generation. Not there? Make sure the email address you entered under “Claim Your Account” is the email address on file with us.

  7. Enter your verification code, and you’ll be granted access to the certification site.

  8. If you don't have a GMail address, you can still use the Google authentication. Go to accounts.google.com and follow the "Create an Accoount" prompts. A couple of screens in, you'll see an option to create a Gmail address or "Use your existing email." Choose "Use your existing email" and enter your desired email address:
Use your existing email option in Google

LinkedIn

  1. If you have an account on LinkedIn, it’s quick and easy to use this option. You’ll be directed to their authentication page:

  2. Is the email address on your LinkedIn account the same as the email address on file with your certification organization? If yes, you’ll be directed back to the certification site hosted by Cloud Generation and can start working on your certification.

  3. If the email address on file with us is DIFFERENT than the one you use for LinkedIn, that’s ok! After logging in through LinkedIn, you’ll be redirected back to this page on the certification site:

  4. Enter the email address on file with us.

  5. You’ll then be asked to enter a verification code to make sure it’s really you. An email with that code has been sent to the address on file with the certification organization (not the email address you used with the authentication provider).

(Don’t see the email? Check your junk/spam folder. It will come from Cloud Generation. Not there? Make sure the email address you entered under “Claim Your Account” is the email address on file with us.)

  6. Enter your verification code, and you’ll be granted access to the certification site.

  7. You will only have to go through this verification process once. Just continue to use the same authentication provider to access the certification site.

Microsoft

  1. Is the email address on your Microsoft account the same as the email address on file with your certification organization? If yes, you’ll be directed back to the certification site hosted by Cloud Generation and can start working on your certification.

  2. If the email address on file with us is DIFFERENT than the one you use for Microsoft, that’s ok! After logging in through Microsoft, you’ll be redirected back to this page on the certification site:

  3. Enter the email address on file with us.

  5. Enter your verification code, and you’ll be granted access to the certification site.

  6. You will only have to go through this verification process once. Just continue to use the same authentication provider to access the certification site.

  7. Rather than seeing the Microsoft login page, are you seeing this?
